Schedule: Please note specific times you are available each day. It is appropriate to note "morning," "afternoon," "evening" or "all day." Shifts within these times will be scheduled with you at a later date.

Volunteer Uniform Package: All volunteers are required to purchase one Volunteer Package, which will provide the required uniform for the event. This year’s uniform will consist of a golf shirt and cap/visor. Please complete the following information and include your payment with this application to help defray the tournament’s cost of providing these items.

Uniform Package Pickup Date: Tuesday, August 3, 2010.
